Convenient location for a few days. Room was dusty on arrival. Four beds in a room built for two ( we needed 3) meant lots of climbing over beds to get around room. 2 beds plus bed settee would have worked.

The room was very specious with a great view. There’s a convenience store right next to it plus other restaurants including McDonalds for the kids. The train station is within walking distance which makes it convenient to get around. Overall we enjoyed stay.

This hotel was a little run down for Japanese standards. The first room we had had leaking toilet and smelled of cigarettes. Second room the carpet was ripped but decided it was better than the other one. And it smelled of cigarettes. The good thing about this hotel was that it had a nice view and the best feature was the natural hot spring water that left my skin soft and smooth. The location was central location to everything.

There was thick mold on our bathroom ceiling and we were also charged at check in an extra Osaka city tax that was not mentioned on the booking site. This was disappointing as otherwise the size of the room and staff service was good.

A great option for those who want to be literally across the street from a train station! For a triple, our room was the largest we had in Japan with plenty of room for all of us to lay out our various 5 luggages. The hot spring water was an amazing amenity as well!

Very good hotel in a convenient location. JR line across the street; take one stop to Osaka Umeda station and you will have access to most of the rails and metro for Osaka. Lots of eateries around the hotel and the hotel is super clean. A bit small but, hey you are here to sight seeing not to be cooped up in the hotel room.

It was wonderful! Remember to check the B1F for the gourmet zone. Theres a family friendly sushi bar. Even though it has no coin laundry there are several around the neighbourhood. Only two stations away from Universal Park Osaka! Big room with big beds for the four of us at a great price! It doesnt include breakfast but there are plenty of options around. 15 minutes away from Universal-Nintendo Park. The subway station is at 5 minutes walking. Great, wonderful place!
