I have stayed in more than 100 hotels in my travel, this hotel, I rate it the worst in everything. It is so dated, and dirty (near elevator, only 1 small elevator serving 10 floor). There no usb sockets in all rooms. Booked hotel because of onsen, but was only told onsen is closed, no other informations were provided, booked 4 rooms for 2 nites. Free breakfast, only breads!! This is my first time that a hotel wanted to charge extend 1 hour for checkout (¥500) Checkout is 10.00am. Photos provided in booking website, does not match the actual hotel. I’m very disappointed with what is advertise and I had paid for the 4 rooms is a rip off.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days, was a bit disappointed. The pictures look so modern, it’s actually on the older side. As soon as we enter the room on our first day, the washroom smells like public washroom (or at least, some public washroom smell better)complained to the reception the next day, was told there is no other room available. Have to go to convenient store to buy air freshener to help mask the smell. The smell never went away, we have to stay like that for the rest of our stay. It is good they have the breakfast, and free ice cream and drinks all day, other than that it’s not what we expected.

地下鉄の状況をググッた所かなり遅れているようで、土地勘がないのでフロントデスクの男性スタッフさんに質問した所、とても丁寧に別のルートを教えて頂き、無事目的地に辿り着けました。 そして無料のパンも美味しかったです。 しかし残念ながら、お掃除の方は不十分で、所々ホコリが溜まっていて自分で拭き掃除しました。 タオルは使わない方がいいです、髪や体にタオルの繊維が凄くつきます。自分で持っていった方が無難です。 ホテルに着いているコインランドリーも使わない方がいいです。掃除している形跡ありません。コインランドリーの部屋に行けば分かりますが、部屋の前からすでに埃っぽいです。 出来る限り自分で拭き掃除しましたけど、乾燥機を開けた瞬間ヤバかったです。 無料のアイスクリームありますが、スクープをつけてある水が汚くて自分で洗いました。 アイスクリームをすくう前気をつけてください。

The staff at the Reception were all very helpful. The room is bigger in size compared to an APA hotel. The food for breakfast is good but it’s the same everyday. Hope that they’ll provide a variety in their menu. Very near to the train station.

Fresh baked bread buffet smelled so good in the morning. And not to mention the free beverages and ice cream through out the day. Add in the clean room and location near a train staition makes this hotel a joyful experience in Osaka.

Friendly staff. Check in and out was smooth. Check out is at 10 AM. Extended check out can be requested for 500 yen per hour. Lobby area is pretty small. Hotel building and room is a bit out dated but it’s clean. The nice part is the free drinks and ice cream throughout the day. Free small selection of breakfast (bread and jam, cereals, and waffles) is a bonus. It’s about 15 walk to Namba station or a 5 minute walk to a near train station. Family mart is next door. The Ramen restaurant (Hack) on the side street is delicious. Kura Revolving Sushi is about couple blocks away. Great value for a motor inn motel.
