Unique price and room friendliness. There was 3 of us total but could possibly hold up to 5 or 6 ppl. What we didnt like was that we found a big cockcroach by the front door when leaving the elevator but other than that nothing negative about our overall experience at this hotel/apartment.

The entrance of the hotel took a second glance to find as it's a single door that when you look into, looks like garage. We had to walk inside, and then towards the back was the elevator to take us to the room. Instructions provided was quite clear so there were no issues with our room entry. Regarding the room, it was average, and is definitely more glorified in the stock pictures. My only complaint was the couch being lumpy to the point where you can feel the spring in the cushions. Hopefully they change that out soon. Overall, it did the job and worked well for our family of 4. It was very spacious so we all had our space.

ホテルへの入り口がすごくわかりづらかった。 エレベーターから降りてすぐに部屋の扉があり、スペースが狭かったので、大荷物、大人数の際は気をつけて！狭いです！ でも1フロアに1部屋なので気楽だったし、部屋も広くて、キッチンもあり、大満足でした！ また利用したいと思うホテルでした！

꽤 괜찮은 숙박시설이예요..
청결상태는 그냥 평범한 가정집 청결상태 생각하시면 될 것 같아요.. 딱히 호텔처럼 완벽하지는 않지만 크게 불만은 없었어요. 지하철역 가깝고, 아래 편의점 가깝고, 방 엄청 넓고, 오히려 인포없어서 눈치안보고 드나들어서 좋았어요. 세탁기도 있어서 그날그날 빨래해서 입기도 괜찮았고, 취사도구들도 잘 갖춰져 있어서, 애기들 밥 먹이기도 정말 괜찮았습니다. 전반적으로 저희는 만족했습니다.

地點在大阪難波西邊，近地鐵、阪神鐵路櫻川站丶汐見橋站及JR Loop Line 大正站，來往機場及購物區超方便。住宿本身是每層一戶，私隱度高，只是房＆床鋪間隔有點怪，只有一房，另一張床在大廳，早晚出入大廳食東西會影響睡覺的人。整體上不俗！

ユニバーサルに行くために泊まりましたが駅から近く交通の便がとても良かったです。 大人2人子供2人で泊まりましたが広さもあり金額もGWにしては周辺ホテルより安く泊まれました！ ただ残念だったことがいくつかあります。 ◯バスタオルの数が圧倒的に足りない →大人2人子供2人で2泊しましたが2枚しかありませんでした。せめて大人2人×2泊で4枚ほしかったです。 お電話したら大人の人数のみとのことでしたが洗濯機はあるけれど乾燥機はなく室内も外干し出来ず乾かなかったので辛かったです。 ◯蟻が何匹かいた ◯棚にしまわれてる布団が汚れで色が変わってた。 宿泊施設であればあれほどの汚れのついた普段は置いてほしくないです。 口コミでとても清潔感があったとのことでクライスホテルにしたこともあり少し残念に思いました。 ただ場所はよかったのです。

まず、不満に感じた部分をお伝えします。チェックイン72時間前（3日前）に届くとあるメールが届かず、不安になりました。結局当日に届きました。ホームページに「11時以降であれば荷物を預けられる」と記載してありますが、問い合わせたところ「13時以降で」と言われました。ドライヤーが見当たらず、問い合わせて届けてもらいました。目の前に大きな道路があり、車やバイクの音、緊急車両のサイレンなどが常にうるさいです。電気ケトルの内部が真っ黒で清潔なお湯が作れるのか不安になりました。逆に良かったことは、ベッドがフカフカで寝やすいこと、洗濯機と洗剤があり長期滞在に適していること、冷蔵庫が中型で大きいこと、エアコン、扇風機、掃除機、テレビなどの電気機器が比較的新しいこと、トイレは清潔感があったこと、コンビニやバス停が近いこと、歩いて数分のところにスーパーやドラッグストアがあり便利なこと、電話での問い合わせにすぐ反応・対応してくれること、コスパが良いことです。総合的に考え、不安要素が多々あるため、知人などにはおすすめできませんが、自分が利用する分にはまた利用したいと思います。安くて、寝れるだけでいいと言う人にはおすすめです。

家族5人でユニバーサルスタジオに行き、ここに泊まりました。チェックイン方法のメールが72時間前にくるとのことだったのですが、チェックイン1時間前にようやくきてホッとしました。管理上の問題で直前でもいいのですが、その連絡が欲しかったです。 室内は特に問題なく快適に過ごせました。 個人的にはお風呂が大きめでゆったりつかれたのが良かったです。 コンビニも近く、コインパーキングも数ヶ所あり、少しですがリーズナブルな所を選ぶことができました。 また機会があれば、泊まりたいと思いました。(外観は気にしないでね[笑])
