The rooms are small, but this is not uncommon to the area. For the price you pay, the amenities and staff are fantastic, and the location is amazing. 3 minute walk to the subway station, 8 minute walk to the nearest train station

Room has stains everywhere, area has high flow of tourists so the property is pretty banged up from wear and tear. Like the rest of Japan, the staff here are fed up with tourists and are quite short of patience. Good location tho.

The hotel was great! It was cheap, the rooms were clean, everything about this hotel was great. The only thing I’d say that I didn’t like was that the washing machines aren’t that good, and they take 2 hours. One was broken and you need 100 yen coins to do laundry. They didn’t have a machine to give you change either so you’d have to get change somewhere. When we got our clothes they weren’t fully dried but other then that the hotel was great

Very nice looking and affordable hotel. There are some reviews about room size, they show pictures of the rooms and its Japan, if you do any research before coming to Japan then you would expect smaller rooms. Fantastic, better than any hotel in canada that charges 400$ a night I have tried

The hotel is a little further away from Osaka station, but there were many restaurants around the hotel. There is a subway station right next to the hotel too making it easy to get to other areas of Osaka.
