Our room was a bit small, but very clean and comfortable. We had connecting rooms, which was great for our stay. I loved that there was a charging port next to each bed—so convenient! The gym was excellent, with both weights and machines available. My husband and I also visited the spa and really enjoyed it. There was even a small market on our floor, which made it easy to grab anything we needed, and the laundry area was convenient too—no need to bring detergent. Overall, a great stay!

The laundry facility was convenient and easy to monitor in the room, but the dryers are poor. Even with cleaning the lint filter, it still took 1.5 hours to fully dry a load. There also needs to be a trash can on the laundry room for deposing the lint. Other than the above, this was a great place to stay.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The check in process is very modern and easy, especially for young travelers who love automation. We also loved having a convenience store inside the property, this was extremely useful.

They do not have a very good evacuation plan for fires as we had to evacuate due to a small fire and my wife had to walk down 33 flight of stairs which took her about 20 minutes had it been a serious fire it could have been catastrophic. Not to mention everyone was crammed at the front entrance waiting to enter back and then it was a free for all with 100s of people rushing to the elevators after being granted access back in. They gave us these weird cheap beef curry packets as a sorry…. P.S rooms are extremely tiny like way too tiny it’s obvious they care more about making money that comfort for guests.

I frequently visit Osaka on business trips and have stayed at the APA Hotel previously. I always try and book here as the staff are very helpful, friendly and many are english speaking. This makes my stay even better as I am a long stay visitor from Scotland. I must say, the staff at breakfast are very welcoming and tentative. 10/10.

google maps has a melt down here because all the walking to stores and stations is underground. its a very easy building to find thankfully since it says APA way up at the 27th floor or whatever. but its a jungle in the underground area.
