We felt trapped in very small room. Tub is deep and hard to get inside with full figures ;-) We were assigned to stay in high floor and they charged us about $180 a night. We thought we originally booked $65 room through Cheap Tickets web site. Side note; International travellers required to have passports upon check in. If you left it at your relative's house or something, they will refuse to accommodate you. We almost got kicked out. Luckily, my husband had a passport card in his wallet and they made an exception this time, but critical information like this should be on the website.

One start for location. One star for price. And that's it. When I arrived with my family, there was a very long line to check-in. After 20 minutes, I got to the check-in self service machines and had a pretty poor experience. The rooms are not expensive but they are extremely small. The excuse of protecting the environment is used to cram more rooms in the same area and to skip housekeeping.

Great facility. Wish reception person was more friendly… because the president is renown as friendly open personality but it didn’t effect to the front desk. Bit business like. It was more than good. I might be way high expectancy.

The hotel room is very clean. Size didn't expect too much but still able to open one suitcase on the floor. Need to be careful using the public bath. It get so crowded during peak time like after 8pm and it get quite messy.

The elevator wait time is unacceptable. I had to wait 20 minutes every morning and every night to get to the desire floor. Room only cleaned every three days but housekeepers didn’t even collect the dirty towels or garage, which stink up the hotel room pretty badly after three days. The chair in the room has wheeled but the cushion of the chair extends beyond the sitting base of the chair, which makes the chair tip over very easily. Every guest in our room tipped over at least twice. My soon bumped his teeth onto the desk pretty badly. Hot springs is dirty. You can literally scoop up some dirty on the bottom. Mattress is too soft. The mattress pad always slide out of place and we had to fix it ourselves every night. Pillows are too hard. Sound insulation is terrible. Only gave us one and a quarter small roll of toilet paper for three days, which was not enough. We had to take the 20-min elevator ride to the lobby to get a roll and take another 20 minutes to go back to our room. Not a convenient location. I cannot recommend this hotel

Good place in Osaka
Nice place to stay in Osaka, near the Umeda station, but not too close. A bit of noise from the street and we were on the 20th floor. Elevator congestion is a real issue with this building, such they advertise the hours when you can expect to queue up for a while to catch an elevator. Restaurant was OK and all of the workers there were really nice and helpful. Check in is slow because you have to use the kiosk and it does not always cooperate. Room was clean and everything worked fine.

I have nothing but good things to say about the kind, helpful staff. Unfortunately, they're battling silly automated check-in machines that don't work most of the times. The staff spent their times showing guests how to use the machine rather than checking them in. Durning morning hours, there's a dreadful elevator congestion, causing delays. Luggage storage and reclaim is done with an app and QR code, which adds more delays. Management's attept to automate everything seems to be backfiring. I came to Japan for the famous omotenashi -- personalized hospitality. I didn't come here to try out faceless self-service machines.

Great stay in the city.
Overall very nice stay here. The checkin process was a bit long, even though it was during late evening. Getting up to the elevator was another struggle. But the room was comfy, clean and good sized. It also has a nice 4th floor spa, gym and massage etc. highly recommended overall.

The hotel is a walkable distance into the subway. There are lots of restaurants next to the hotel. However, there are lots of girls standing outside of the restaurant to catch consumers. Inside the hotel, it looks fancy. The staffs are very helpful and good in English. But it takes long time to wait for the lifts and the public bath is very full at night.
