I tried to work this out with both hotels.com and Wyndham (hotels.com, after being transferred to and chatting with numerous people promised a response in 72 hours, and did not deliver). Since it was not resolved with the actual company, I feel compelled to leave a review to let everyone know this place is absolutely filthy. There was hair all over the pillow (not just a little, but it was covered on both sides - like it had been dropped on a filthy floor and put back on the bed), there was an unidentifiable substance splattered all over the wall, disgusting filthy buildup, and dust everywhere. It smelled and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for who knows how long. On the website it advertised daily housekeeping, but a handmade sign inside of the hotel said that daily housekeeping was not available. For $155, I expected cleanliness at the very least, especially since hotel cleanliness standards have had to improve since the pandemic. Extremely disappointed that no one took responsibility for the deplorable conditions and tried to make this right.
