Fun at the lake
Property was listed correctly. They have a well stocked kitchen for being able to cook in the condo. Condo was decorated nicely. The only complaint we had was we found old juice boxes randomly in the bedrooms so that’s why we gave 4/5 on cleanliness. Would stay again.

My friends and I had the best time at this lakefront condo! It was very clean, easily accessible, and beautifully decorated. My favorite aspect of the condo was the screened in patio. It was very large and the view was spectacular. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a girls weekend getaway…the condo was very clean and updated. Easy checkin process and well stocked. We loved the lake views and the screened in porch with flat top grill. We were within minutes of shopping and restaurants. The only thing that was disappointing was the outdoor pool was advertised as being heated in the spring but it wasn’t open during our stay (early April). Highly recommend and would stay again!

Home Away from Home
This has probably been one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. Even the teenagers approve, and that’s not easy to do! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful view. The pool is well kept, quiet area for plenty of rest and relaxation. Staying here has everything you need for a getaway.

The air conditioner malfunctioned and we ended up sleeping in 83 degrees temperatures due to a lack of responsiveness by the property manager, Evolve. There are plenty of other condos in the area, I would urge visitors to avoid this one.

Fantastic condo. Clean and up to date. Easy pool access. Parking right outside the condo. Traveled with a 3 year old and 11 month old. Short distance to the Towers if you have other groups staying there. Overall great trip!

We have been visiting the Lake of the Ozarks for over 30 years! We have stayed at many different magical spots, this condo at Parkview Bay was amazing. It was extremely close access to the docks and 1 of 3 pools! The condo itself was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware. Our favorite part of the condo was the amazing flatop grill! we used that for every meal we cooked. I will definitely be re-booking next time!

Everything is as listed. I would add that when you drive in you have to make sure you look at the little sign that says building ”B” and go that way. Also, in the living room where hide a bed is is bright in the morning.

Great family vacation
We had a lovely stay at this property. We have been coming to this same area for over 14 years. This is the first time we tried a new location and we loved it. This location is awesome and the condo is very comfortable and inviting. Love the washer and dryer in the unit and although we brought most of our necessities, there were plenty also available. The only down side was no boat slip but we were able to find one through another property. Overall- highly recommend!!

I had stayed at Parkview Bay many times. It’s a great area with lake access. The condo was in really good condition and it was very clean. Communication is standard form email generated by a system which the information was satisfactory. Any other communication isn’t good. The rental agency never responded to my message. But overall experience is good.

Beautiful remodeled waterfront property! Clean, quiet, relaxing.....home away from home. Couldn't have picked a better condo! Price is unbeatable. Close proximity to anywhere you want to go. Hot water is limited, so space out showers accordingly, or shower quickly if there are several of you.
