Beautiful Condo
The condo was beautiful. Well appointed and decorated. The Parkview Bay location is excellent as well. Very quiet, however close to everything. Unfortunately, on arrival, the condo was not clean. Cleaning supplies were still on the counter and dining table. There was laundry in the washer and dryer and one of the beds still needed to be made. I finished the cleaning/laundry/and bed. I paid the full cleaning fee, so my expectation is to not have to clean a mess before staying. On Tuesday of our stay, the maid came in to the condo while we were out to get her supplies. During this time, someone also left with a bag of Bath of Body works that my daughter had purchased the day before. Within about an hour of our return and the maid leaving, the products had been returned and exchanged for the items they preferred. My daughter received an email receipt for the exchange. This made the rest of our stay uncomfortable as we were not sure if other items might disappear while we were there. Again, beautiful condo; hopefully, they will get a new cleaning person.

I am so glad my husband is a jack of all trades. He fixed a door handle that was ready to fall off, the kitchen cabinet drawer that was hanging by one screw, the dryer wasn't drying clothes because the dryer vent was not attached to the back of the dryer so my husband fixed that, and the carbon monoxide detector was beeping and needed the battery replaced and we did that as well (on a 15' ceiling) because when we called maintenance they sent the cleaning lady. Other than that we had a great time and like the location of the condo and it fit our family well.

Beautiful, large condo
The size was great for 4 ladies on a weekend away. We each had our own bedroom and there were 3 bathrooms. The view was nice. Close to everything you need and easy to get to. The owner was out of town so we had to contact someone else. Because of that there were several small issues that couldn’t be address. Overall, everything was fine

The condo was overall okay. The cleaning company could do a little better job. There needs to be more linens as far as wash cloths and hand towels. When we arrived Friday the elevator was working just fine. By Saturday morning when we were leaving the elevator had broke and we had to walk down four flights of stairs which was a problem for my mom and aunt. They made it but was difficult with their health issues. The elevator never was fixed. This would have been a real problem if someone had been in a wheelchair or had a broken foot/leg or whatever. The condo is in a great location. Owner had great communication back and forth.

Great location on the lake
The condo is lakeside with great views of the lake and a slip for the boat. Pros: for 6 adults, one 6yr old we had plenty of room, a/c worked well, good table in the dining area, great deck with add'l table, good grill, good furnishings & seating, nice front door combo lock, good linens. Cons: cleaning is shaky as we cleaned the kitchen/dining are floor so we could walk barefoot, if we had not everyone's feet were getting black. Some dishes that were put away had to be cleaned (yolk) as the dishwasher couldn't get the soil on the dishes. Understandable maintenance with a toilet and the elevator to the 4th floor did not work for 3 days which made check-out tougher carrying suitcases and bags down to the car. We got some exercise those last few days as you walk up from the lake. The cons did not keep us from having a wonderful vacation.

Overall it was great! However the wifi and tv didn't work (we wanted to watch some sports but not). The toilet handle broke and the maintenance fixed in a couple days. The towels were stained and had rips in them but no biggie. I would still give it a 8 out 10 experience.

Friends weekend
A couple of families rented this property for a long weekend getaway. Overall, this property is great! The location couldn't be better and there was plenty of space. The views were wonderful (as was the space on the patio) and the community pool was enjoyed by our group. My only suggestion would be for the owner to consider a new cleaning crew. Wasn't terrible but could be better. Also, I realize this is a rental property but investing in a few replacements such as better towels, etc. would go a long way.

The condo is pretty big and can sleep a lot of people. Only downfall was the cleanliness. Also, be careful. 2 people in my group hit their heads on the concrete countertop since the sectional is sitting underneath a part of it. Overall, would book again.

Condo is nice as advertised, had to wait when we arrived to check in because owner didn't send details when he said he would. Owner didn't communicate parking arrangements well and then fined us when we parked in spots next to Condo.
