There are no shared spaces, as the manager has their own separate entrance and exclusive access to the lower level. For your privacy and security, the door connecting the two floors is locked from both sides.
Winter Weather/Snow Policy: The property is located off a county-maintained road, ensuring reliable access during winter months. Additionally, the property manager will clear any snow on the driveway to maintain easy access and convenience for guests. For your safety, we also advise purchasing travel insurance in case of road closures. Our cancellation policy will be upheld as agreed. For your convenience, snow shovels and driveway salt are provided.
