We payed for three rooms. Two were ready early, one was over two hours late. Loved the rooms and the resort. A much more economical stay in the heart of Disney World.

I felt the transportation from the Disney attractions did not accommodate the Swan hotel at all. It was very difficult to determine how to get to your hotel and in many cases we ended up going to the Boardwalk and having to walk to the Swan. We understand this boat transportation, but it wasn’t available at the time we arrived.

I think charging 36 dollars to self park is a little too much… The plus is if you like to walk there is plenty places to do so

Please know that when booking this hotel there are hefty daily fees on top of what you pay with Expedia. I had the worst experience when staying over during a holiday while banks were closed. We had large deposits pending and the hotel was unable to charge our card during this pending time, so they locked our room door and accused us of trying to leave and not pay our bill! We had no intention of doing this! They of course did successfully charge our card but had to be asked to unlock our door when we returned late from the parks. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Other than that, it's just a basic Marriott hotel.

Room was very clean. Wish Java was open later like the one at the dolphin. Also, it would be nice if bus times worked in Disney app like with other Disney properties. Resort fee is high for what you get with it.
