I like the Swan, I've stayed there a few times. But, I just got my final bill, you added a resort fee for 45.00 a day, and a parking fee for 36.00 a day, 162.00 for 2 days on top of the room rate is excessive.

If you’re looking to stay in the middle of all the Walt Disney World has to offer then the Swan & Dolphin are for you. Not only are their facilities 5 star but they may have the best pool on Disney property in my opinion. The staff is very accommodating of any request, their is a Disney Vacation Planning area and gift shop in the hotel so that you can purchase, tickets, magic bands and merchandise. Also they have so may restaurant option ranging from casual to formal and a character breakfast option. I highly recommend these hotels along with the Swan reserve for any Disney stay.

Enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Super close to 2 parks and the water transportation was great. The boardwalk is only just over a bridge which had so many activities and dining options!

The property is well Maintained, enjoyed pool variety all in one area. Something for kids and adults. My complaint was our room tv, which broke half way through trip and was unresolved at checkout. No one really seems to care about that because you’re in Disney?
