It said shuttle to universal but it was only twice a day. I had to Uber. Misleading. It said breakfast from 6-9. I waited from 555 to 620 and no food was anywhere around. I had to spend money to eat at the airport. Which is more expensive.

I had a somewhat strange experience at this property. First night, 9:30PM awakened by the front desk person who was literally pounding on my door and calling my name out loudly in the hall. I didn't answer to the door pounding initially due to a security concern that finds me staying at hotels, which made me think the front desk person's actions may be complicit. I waited then called the front desk to inquire and was told "...nothing was wrong." But I awakened to someone pounding on my door at 1:00AM and again at 3:00AM during the night. A second call to the front desk at 1:00AM was responded similarly to the first but by a different front desk person. And again this all led me to believe the front desk's actions were suspicious, as if they were providing information on my room number and occupancy to another party. Second night, I was told the property had a guest laundry I could use. And when I did I discovered the machines only take coins but the laundry is without a coin exchange machine (an ATM machine though, go figure). When I asked the front desk for coins I was told to check with an unaffiliated property next door (who didn't have change either). I ultimately had to walk to get change. By the time I finished laundry it was close to 10:00PM. And I had to rise early for a very busy work day the following morning.

The room is not really clean and if you want to ask to clean the room we need to request one day earlier and if I need a fresh towels I need to pick up at front desk and the other room is to noisy 12-2 am and the food is really not have any good selection and the staff never say hi Good morning afternoon evening and they never ask how is your stay

We pulled up and there were homeless people sitting in front of the hotel. Disregarded that at first, walked in to check into the hotel and it smelled as if they moped with dirty mop water on the floors. Was greeted “ you here to check in “ I replied yes. It was 3:45pm and was told I have to wait 15 minutes to check in, even though my reservation was for 3pm. Proceeded to check in, when we went to the room, it was dirty, smelled, the bathroom exhaust fan was squealing. We ended checking out and found another hotel room in the surrounding area.

Initially, I chose the hotel over others after seeing pictures of the breakfast; it was my biggest disappointment as there were no proteins, ham, or eggs. There were only two cereal options and several types of bread with jelly. If your priority is to be near International Drive, it's fine, but other than that, I can't say I liked it. The smell and lack of updates are noticeable.
