Expedia should not allow hotels that are under construction to be reserved. This hotel had wet carpet and industrial fans everywhere. Anyone with allergies could not stay there. Shower and towels dirty. I was very disappointed with the establishment.

my clients were not happy at all with there stay they were not advised that the laundry was under construction so as theye were staying rhere for days there was noweher to get washing done for there onward trip and service was not good

Very Poor Conditions
We have stayed at this hotel before and booked again because of the amenities, specifically a microwave and fridge. This was advertised in the photos on the hotels.com website. Come to find out, they are phasing out their microwaves. We asked at the front desk about it and he said he would ask the morning crew to let us use the kitchen microwave. We asked the next morning and they said no. Also the hotel is pretty run down—I know it’s being renovated, but the conditions are poor on a number of levels. Additionally, there were multiple bugs in the room, including a roach. Will definitely put this hotel on our no fly zone hotels.

Quarto com cozinha bem localizado
Fiquei em um quarto ainda não renovado, quarto bom, amplo e confortável, arrumaram o quarto todos os dias. Cozinha com utensílios que facilitam bastante a estadia com crianças (geladeira grande, fogão, microondas, maquina de lavar louças, maquina café, torradeiras, armários, panelas, frigideiras, talheres, pratos, copos). Banheiro dos quartos antigos tem banheira, vi um quarto renovado que já era com chuveiro e box. A piscina já está funcionando, toda novinha, com móveis novos na área de piscina. Recepção e café ainda estão improvisados no hall devido às reformas. Café da manhã tem bebidas de máquina (sucos, leite, cafés), cereais, maquina de waffles, pão de forma, muffins, ovos, linguiça e uma fruta (maçã ou laranja). Tivemos alguns dias de problemas com elevador e internet devido a um vazamento que ocorreu durante as obras, mas no geral valeu o valor. Em relação às obras, vimos alguns quartos sendo renovados e em frente a estes tinha um pouco de poeira, mas no mais o hotel estava bem limpo. A localização é excelente.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Great location. Close to Disney parks and dinning. Never had a big issues. Good price. Large rooms for families. Kitchen is very convenient. Rooms always clean. The hotel is under construction. So some rooms are updated. Some are not. Other than that overall satisfied for the price. Will stay again.

I called 2 times a soon is I got to the hotel because the safety box was close I went to the front desk to tell them once again no one went to check it. I told them that if I were not in the room please go in and open the safety box and leave it open they never went and unfortunately my son wallet was stolen I reported at the frond desk. Wallet didn’t have money or credit card in it, only my son school ID. It was very disappointing. It was a very special wallet because it was a gift from some special,It was in the night table. I really hope that it was a mistake and was taken with the sheet when they went to clean. Please make sure when a guest reports something make sure is done. I had to leave early in the mornings and came late at night because we went specially to do the parks and I couldn’t be in the hotel all day and asking or waiting to be done. We feel very sad we had to go through this in our vacations and specially that it had an special meaning.

I was not aware that the hotel was under renovation. The smell of mold and wet carpet permeated the air, the elevator and the stairs. Had it been mentioned in the booking site I would not have booked a room.

This hotel is under major renovation. The room smelled like mold. Every spring in the aged mattress stuck out once laid upon. No blankets were provided. The entire floor was we stayed on had major reconstruction taking place. Motel 6 is better than this place.

The area was very close to the parks and the AC worked that’s the good part the bad part elevator was broken room was on 4th floor we had to carry all our luggage up restroom smelled like pee the next day we found the rug wet asked about changing but it was late and did not want to carry all our stuff down by ourselves I guess we got what we payed for
