Starter Supplies Provided: To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide a starter pack of essentials, including laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, one roll of toilet paper and bath soap per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Once these are used up, Guests are responsible for any additional supplies and personal items as needed.
Please be advised that a credit card hold is required two days before check-in as a security deposit. This hold will be released within ten days of check-out, pending any charges for damages or missing items. An information request will be sent after booking, and before your arrival, we will request a swipe of your credit card for the hold, similar to standard hotel procedures. Please note that no deposit amount will be charged when booking.
