Ants in my bed!
Dear Sleep Inn. I am a disabled veteran that stayed at your property on July 25. I stayed in room 337. I woke up at 2 a.m. to a bunch of ants crawling on my face an. medical equipment. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone in 337 does not work. I informed the young man at the front desk, and he said “Sorry.” However, I do not want to stay in the hotel again on September 2nd unless I am forced to if you deny my refund. I am respectfully requesting a refund of my September 2 booking.

Area is not the best of Orlando, in the room you can smell humidity, bathroom was not clean and carpet was sticky.

The morning clerk was outstanding. She was a very helpful and friendly young lady that went above and beyond. The evening clerk was helpful as well. We had a problem with our room when we arrived and he changed the room without hesitation. I would stay here again.

Paid a premium compared to other hotels in this area with little to show for it. ($140). Room was large, but noisy next to a busy road. Room was run down with several deferred maintenance type issues. Breakfast was very Continental with no fresh food just typical packaged consumables. Looked like several homeless type people were staying there as well. I'd stay again if I had to but would rather look at other options before.
