This is a motel, not a resort. Not an 8.8 either. Completely dirty. There were bugs in our room, on the floor, walls and in the bathroom. Hair was still in the tub from a previous guest. TV didnt work. Stains on 2 towels that were folded and ready for use. Overall, disgusting. We spent as littlentime there as possible.

This was HORRIBLE. Frontier has got to be the most worst airline to fly. Hidden fees to the point that I didn’t save a goddamn dime. The hotel and its surroundings was sketchy so I didn’t even go. The rental car was offsite and extremely inconvenient. Worst trip in a while. I will NEVER FLY FRONTIER AGAIN!!!!!

Property was undergoing a bit of construction in parking lot area, which made it hard to park near our room. But rooms were extremely clean, staff was so great and nice. Felt safe the entire time. And so close to Disney / universal.

The facility was a little dated, but extensive upgrades were being done while we were there. This is always the risk you take traveling in the off season. The staff was very helpful for the little things, like coffee on the non cleaning day (done every second day for long stays) and holding our luggage due to a late flight out. There were plenty of breakfast options in walking distance including a McDonalds and a Waffle House.

If you don't need a shuttle to the parks this is the hotel to stay. clearly just got renovated. It is out of the beaten path, very quiet and safe. Same club, restaurants lest than 2 minutes away. Rooms are clean and all amenities work as they should. To the property owners, great job up keeping this place. We will definitely stay again.
