Clean and host friendly and helpful
Not what we originally booked, but after much negotiations with VRBO, we finally got a place to stay. It was a small efficiency and we booked and paid for a 1/1 cottage back in September. They sold the cottage and never let us know. We showed up on Sunday night, only to find out we had nowhere to stay for the week. Nightmare!
