The parking is spacious and convenient, and the staff working here is very friendly. The facilities, in general, are in good condition. However, our experience was disappointing.
First, the description on Hotels.com mentions that gas grills are available, but this is not true. Our meals were planned based on that feature. Moreover, the room we were assigned did not meet our expectations, and from the moment we entered, we wanted to leave. When we requested a refund to check out, it was denied, forcing us to stay in a place that was not in acceptable condition.
Our stay was for 5 days. From the very first day, the issues began. We couldn’t rest properly because the water heater made a lot of noise. Additionally, the dishwasher was out of service when we arrived, the stove knobs didn’t work, and the bathroom sink was clogged. (These 3 issues were fixed during our stay.) There were no extra towels available—only two bath towels and two pool towels. For the sofa bed where our children slept, there wasn’t even a blanket, making the situation even more uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, there was an area in the ceiling where water leaked through, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, we found mold in the shower, reflecting a total lack of hygiene and maintenance.
When a commission is paid on the platform, it is expected that these situations will be resolved, but that was not the case. The price-quality ratio for what we paid through Hotels.com is unjustifiable
