Overall great hotel. Only complaints elevator is very slow; although a heated pool is nice on cooler days, but hot days it isn’t that good; and the breakfast food was just “okay”. Great things: bed very comfortable; clean; and not very noisy (guests were overall quiet).

The staff were nice but a something to note, check in is at 4pm and we were trailing in a queue for over half an hour with just one receptionist, cups are polystyrene and not ideal, the lift is slow - BUT….short of that this hotel is excellent value for money for what we paid.

I enjoyed the hammocks and the daily breakfast and even the customer service. I feel it if my hammock and this sweet older man helped me up. I didn’t like the $179.00 fees I was charged without knowing. It was a little loud with all the kids there which made breakfast not that enjoyable although the choices of food were good. I loved the pictures and the chandelier. It was nice.

I stay here every time I'm in Orlando area (about twice a year) and it's my go-to. Gated parking area makes me feel safe at this hotel. You need a car to get around effectively, although it is right beside a bus stop. It's *very* clean. The positive, happy vibes make all the other details minor for me. Front desk staff are ALWAYS friendly and smiling. A pleasure to check in or out. Here's the only downsides..... it's a bit older, a bit out of the way from the main drag, and maybe a little run down. However - the ownership is working on making it first class - they need to replace a few of the doors and other things - I have seen some big improvements over the last years. These people care! Keep up the great work! Close to a Target/other shopping and great restaurants that are WAYY cheaper than the Disney owned/affiliated tourist traps. Great for people who are traveling on a budget because it's clean and comfortable (especially Disney families with kids - it's 10-15 minutes drive). Breakfast here is especially excellent (cereal, coffee, lots of fruit, waffles, bacon/sausage/egg/vegetables, toast and pastaries) and saves a lot of $ if you load up on calories for the day. Be aware that the expedia price does NOT include the "resort fee" that most hotels in Orlando area charge or the Sate or County tax. The resort fee was 32.07 per night in September 2024 - and the price was still excellent for this caliber of hotel.
