This relaxing place will make you feel at home. Wether you come with family on vacation or for business trips, this place has everything you need.

Relax while you watch tv, or drink a glass of wine or refreshment in the patio. Beautiful pine tree views will make you feel in a true Mediterranean place.

The Clubhouse is available for guests use during the day or evening. The clubhouse features a large state-of-the-art 30-seat movie theater exclusively for your entertainment. Relax and enjoy a family movie after a day of visiting theme parks!

Need to check your e-mail or print a document? Our club house Business Center is open daily. High speed internet access and a printer are available for our guests. There is also an ATM Machine in our lobby for our guests’ convenience.

Our oversized large beach style heated seasonally swimming pool is surrounded by shaded cabanas and is the perfect place to linger with friends. Bask in the Florida sun, or relax in our large Jacuzzi/Spa on the pool deck. The children have their own pool with fountain to splash in. Get out of the hot sun and lounge under one of our shaded cabanas. Our pool is open all year round and there is WiFi in the pool area for our guests.

You may also enjoy tennis, beach volleyball and soccer at our fields/courts.

The Tuscana Tavern Bar and Restaurant is open for (breakfast take out), lunch and dinner. Delicious food and reasonably priced menus are available at our pool side restaurant. Sit under the fans at the covered open air pub style pool bar and have a refreshing tropical drink at our fully stocked bar. Enjoy a light snack while you watch your favorite channel on our Flat Screen TV.

Entire condo with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms of which one has handicap access. All amenities so that you can enjoy making meals like home. Clubhouse with pool, movie theater, restaurant, cafe, gym, cabanas, splash pad.

ChampionsGate DownTown: now offering a nice mix of restaurants to choose from. Great places to grab Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Now open for business: CG Salon, Envy Nails, woof gang bakery and grooming, Tijuana Flats, Menchie’s, and Jersey Mikes. Ale house, Chillis, pizzería, Panera bread among others.

While you are welcome to walk to nearby restaurants, traveling to Disney theme parks and outlet shops you will need to use a Car or Uber is very popular at low fares.

You are staying in a really nice neighborhood where you and your family or friends will feel tranquil. It is 3 minutes away from the well known Omni Resort, Champions Gate Golf course, restaurants, shopping and grocery shops.
TRASH (IMPORTANT): At the end of your stay please throw away ALL trash in the valet trash located outside the front door. If trash exceeds valet size please take it to the DIMPSTER located by the clubhouse including ALL cardboard boxes.
There will be FEE of $100 from your security deposit if this is not done as my property gets fined if there is trash outside the valet bin.

ABSOLUTELY No Smoking inside home nor outside by the pool.
Please Dry yourself before hanging out inside the home.

Keep food in dining and kitchen areas not in bedrooms or living rooms.

If there are dirty dishes please put them ALL in the dishwasher and run dishwasher to clean. Guest is responsible for buying dishwasher soap during their stay.
$50 fee for dirty dishes.

Any dirty towels please leave in a pile on bathroom floor
