DO NOT DEAL WITH ROSE AT FRONT DESK CHECK IN. VERY RUDE AN ARGUMENTATIVE. I SHOWED HER THE RECEIPT OF MY HOTELS.COM BOOKING TOTAL AND SHE STATED THEY DID NOT GET THIS PRICING OR PAPERWORK FROM HOTELS.COM AND WAS GONNA CHARGE ME AN EXTRA 225.00 DOLLARS FOR ON SITE PRICING. I TOLD HER WAS NOT MY PROBLEM BETWEEN HOTEL AND HOTELS.COM THAT THEY GOT THINGS MIXED UP AND WAS VERY RUDE. HAD TO GET HOTELS.COM ON THE PHONE TO DEAL WITH THIS LADY.
