This property have improve the front gate access to the property. We love the water park and the rooms are above average with much included, we felt safe. This is our second time this year that we stayed at aqua sol and we have found that most rooms have insects, ants and flies problems. We stay 11 nights and every morning 755 they have a person cleaning the hallways with a air blower like seriously you guys cant do that in the afternoon and while we schedule a room cleaning they just drop a bag outside our room with towels and toilet paper and a noted saying the room cleaning was performed. I reported the issue and they wanted to reschedule the cleaning at an inconvenient time for us. 1/2 of the life guards are very rude while talking to the kids and act very different when the parents are around, we notice the property have a phone issue with many employees including the life guard using it while on duty and driving the mini golf card. Noted we never saw a security guard on their phone. We reported several issues while staying there and while they said they would work on it they never did.

Disappointing
In general, rhe quiet time starting at 23:00 was not adhered to during our 5-night stay. Last night was the worst as I woke up at 02:00 by neighbours being noisy. Service at tge bar was disappointing unfortunately. During happy hour I was being overvharged twice by the assistant manager who tried to charge regular prices. After cirrecting her twice, she still added 20% top to her third attempt of a bill.

We had one hiccup with the room above us leaking because the person staying there had their air conditioner set so low. Called up to the front desk they were so awesome, within 20 minutes we were moved to a new room and they even upgraded us. That was great customer service. Our stay was very pleasant and staff was great

Not the best stay since it became Hilton
We have stayed here 3 previous trips, before it became a Hilton property. Currently the front drive is under construction and so they have security directing traffic one lane in and out. They have other buildings under construction throughout the facility and the semi trucks getting stuck at the drive causes major back ups. We waited thirty minutes to get out one night, missed our reservation for dinner because of it. Good luck getting your room cleaned or refreshed, they don’t do it daily we only had one day where they knocked for cleaning. They give you a number to text and request towels, and other items, they don’t take care of your trash you have to bring it down to the chute yourself, also there’s a raccoon that visits the trash can at night by the elevator so pay attention and be careful before you throw anything out that there isn’t any wild life in it. Also the second time in a week that we had any of the cleaning people come around was at 9:30 am on checkout day telling us it was check out time, when check out is at 10 am. Couldn’t hardly bother to do anything all week but certainly early to try and kick you out of your place before official checkout time. Also be prepared for them to try and get you to sit through a timeshare pitch when all you ask for is the parking pass for your vehicle at the second desk they send you to when checking in.

Main pool comments
The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms very good. The life guards at the main pool were a bit OTT and treated people a bit like xhildren
