The stay was a total disappointment to say the least. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and furniture is very old And needs to be changed. I have stayed at this hotel before, but never have I had this experience. The closet door wasn’t put in properly and fell on top of my mom. We had to Put it aside and not use that Closet. There were stains on the chairs, the sheets not properly cleaned. Hair that looked like pubic hair left on the showers. We found several bugs inside the unit. The Cooker was very deteriorated and broken. One of the rooms the door wouldn’t close at all. I sent an email to Hotels.com the first night, but they had never responded. By the second night, we decided to stay at my house who lives in Orlando. I kept calling from the room to the guest services and no one ever answered. Seems as if the phone didn’t even work at all. I felt embarrassed as I was the one who picked the hotel And I let my whole family down. To be honest, it was a safety hazard. This hotel is not As it seems, their Quality has decreased and all sense of the word. If someone could get back to me, that would be great As I have tried reaching over the phone and nothing. Overall, One of the worst stays. This was the downfall of our family vacation. So sad

Room was in pretty shabby condition. All table surfaces scratched up, shower moldy beds hard. Small pool jacuzzi jets not working. Stepped on glass by chair in pool area.

Was visiting with my family of six (2 adults, 4 kids). Furniture was not new there were obvious wear and tear throughout the entire apartment, however, it was great for the price. I loved the full size, fully stocked kitchen and the 2 bathrooms. Check in was simple. Down side is they charge for cleaning services, but they do provide the necessary cleaning items like broom, mop, vacuum etc. It definitely is a home away from home. I will be booking again.

I thought it was a very nice property for the money I can't complain I got a sweet three bedroom two bath full kitchen nice dining room nice balcony on the 13th floor where we saw the fireworks every night we were there I thought it was a great hotel and the money was very reasonable for the room.
