There are several rooms you are not informed of that the sole window is fogged up with moisture trapped inside that does not allow for you to see out! No pool view. Why are the windows not replaced or the cases addressed? Why are you not informed “before” you book? Not told during check in. Not offered a different room or even a discount. Just given a canned apology No signs near the elevator or on your floor where the ice is. You have to seek or call to be told it’s not on every floor

The room itself was in decent condition, but there were a few issues that really impacted our stay. The bathroom door offered almost no privacy — even when it was fully closed, you could still see directly inside, which was uncomfortable. The elevator also kept taking us to the 6th floor every single time, even though our room was on the 5th. However, the biggest disappointment was the hot tub. We specifically booked this hotel for Warped Tour weekend so we could soak our sore bodies afterward, and the hot tub was completely ice cold. That was the main reason we chose this hotel, so it was really frustrating to find it unusable.
