Todas las instalaciones nuevas y modernas, el desayuno incluido muy completo y contante limpieza. El staff súper amigable, lo único es que en mi habitación entraba mucho la luz porque la cortina estaba mal colocada pero de ahi en fuera recomendable , tiene shuttle para parques 2 horarios incluidos

Great Value & Breakfast
We booked the hotel as we were visiting Epcot for their Food & Wine Festival. We loved the proximity to the Highway, Disney Springs as well as Epcot. We loved that they provide you a FREE shuttle to go to Epcot. Since we would be consuming some alcoholic beverages, we didn't want to drive so we opted to take the Shuttle. It went great, until it was time to go home. With thousands of people exiting and countless buses, we didn't have a "LOT #" that the traffic people could refer us too and by the time we figured it out, the bus had already left. That said, taking the shuttle in the morning was perfect but I would recommend taking an Uber/Lyft at night if you aren't driving. This is the only reason why I didn't give a 5stars. In regard to the hotel, we loved everything. From the price of it ( very reasonable ) to the free breakfast that is better than any other hotel in this price range. From the Reception Desk, to Concierge and everybody else, the place is kept immaculate. Our room was on the smaller side ( 507 ) but bed was comfortable and room was updated. In all, I would absolutely recommend this hotel without hesitation to any friend of mine.

When we checked our the older woman had an attitude do to me asking for a receipt for our stay. Whether you are having a bad day you always treat your customers with humility. Other than that it was great.
