Horrible check in. Gave us the wrong room. Went back and she said no rooms left. I said then she needs to needs to reimburse us. Then she says I have a two queen room. I reluctantly accepted as the be been traveling almost 24 hours. Went to room and it had a king size like we reserved in the first place.
