The air conditioner in my room made a “ clanking and high pitched “ noise intermittently throughout the night The noise became unbearable the second night So loud that it woke me up several times . Was not able to rest. I was not able to reach the front desk by phone the second night .The phone was busy for several hours. Gave up I was attending a conference and asked if I for a late check out by 30 min. I was told no. The rep told me if he gave me the extra time.. he would have to do it for every one at the conference.? I offered to pay for the 30 min. Was again told no

Another great stay!
We have stayed at this property several times and have never had a bad experience. Check in and check out were seamless, and the rim was very clean. This was our first time starting with our 2 year old and she loved the bunk beds in the kid suite. My only gripe was that the lower light in the kids suite was not positioned well and would have been in the way of a child sleeping if the child were bigger.

I would like to send out a special thank you for WORLD CLASS SERVICE to Bri (Brianna) she is a front desk attendant. Bri was so pleasant and gave a high level of service that me & my family has not experienced in years. She was just so pleasant and friendly from the moment me & my family entered. Just when you think the world is out of great service you experience a kind, thoughtful, pleasant human being like Bri. Me & my family will definitely stay at this property again because of the service and cleanliness of this hotel. My only opportunity for improvement is the shower head and the temperature of the water. The shower head does not even get your face wet and the water temp was not hot enough were from the Midwest so the temperature of the water could have been turned down because of the Florida heat.
