The Features:
The master bedroom has a king size bed, with an en-suite bathroom that has a shower and tub.
The second bedroom also has a king size bed, the third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and 4th bedroom has a bunk bed. The living room has a large flat screen TV and DVD player, for those quiet movie evenings after a day in the parks that you want to spend in the home.
There are smart TV's in all the bedrooms for streaming or gaming so everyone can watch something different. If you feel like cooking, the large modern kitchen is fully equipped for this purpose, with Stove, Microwave Oven, cutlery, crockery and utensils.
There is also a Keurig Coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender. The private pool and spa (heat available for an additional fee*), with the oversized patio and lanai, completes this home perfectly. With the East facing exposure, you are sure to get plenty of sunned great views of the golf course.
