We loved being on site for the mall. I had a massage while my son got a haircut next door. We ate at the food court, so we had many options. Finally we had coupons for free coffee from starbucks. Nice! :)

Check in was easy and the lady behind the counter was nice. I grabbed my stuff and when i went to walk back in the creepy guy in the round a bout kept trying to ask what specific room i was staying in. I went to drop my stuff off in the room and use the bathroom. Found a few ants in the bathroom and around the doorway on the way out. Thought weird since i was on the 7th floor but ok.. Went to the mall for a while and came back at night ready to relax.. The ants were in swarms by the trash with nothing in it (put stuff in it and it was ridiculous), all over the side table between the beds and around the baseboard that was not even attatched to the wall under the window. Gross. The pool was nice with plenty of towels. Check out was easy. It was nice that i got 2 free drinks and convenient having the mall, starbucks and chikfila attached.

This hotel was great. Just stayed one night while waiting to catch a flight in the morning. It is attached to the mall so lots of food options. It was quiet. You did not have a lot of noise from the mall. Pool was very nice.

The property was beautiful. Had a horrible experience due to noise and even after a complaint to the hotel, it was not rectified. Noise was going on till after 3am. I have videos of the noise. We were staying at the hotel due to it being close to the airport and having to get up at 2:30am to catch a flight. Very disappointed
