Everything was great EXCEPT…. Make sure you get a room that is not backed up to their sports courts. They allow them to operate until 10 PM and after. It’s extremely loud. So if you have small children that need to sleep at a reasonable hour make sure you get a room away from here.

The first room was disgusting – there were ants all over the bedside table and crawling around the room. After I complained and was moved, the second room was not much better. There were loud, unexplained noises from some device in the middle of the night that kept me awake, and the water pressure was so low that I couldn’t even take a proper shower. This stay was extremely disappointing and far below what I expected.

Breakfast was good, staff does a great job cleaning tables quickly and restocking coffee station. Rooms are just OK, second to last day my bathroom faucet started leaking everywhere. They tried fixing it twice. First time it leaked again right away. Second time was taking too long and we needed to use the shower etc so i told them to turn off the water to it and leave. Spent the last 2 days without a working bathroom faucet. Found it weird they still have Covid mask signs up near elevators. Says they have a shuttle to the park but it requires 48hr notice to book.
