Situated across the street from Highlands Reserve Golf Course, this gated resort community is only a few miles away from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the Orlando Premium Outlets. Regal Palms Resort and Spa offers a two-acre swimming complex, with kiddie pool, slides, lazy river, spa, and a health club. A bar and grill are located on site. Regal Palms is walking distance from a Publix Supermarket, Applebee’s, Sunday Fish and Chips, Linkster’s Bar, and a number of take-out restaurants. A daily resort fee is charged by Regal Palms Resort and Spa. This fee has nothing to do with CFRM Villas.

World famous beaches like Clearwater, Sarasota, St. Pete on the Gulf of Mexico or Daytona Beach and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in approximately an hour and a half.
