Beautiful pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Horrible parking situation. Very thin walls, could hear EVERYTHING from outside of the room including snoring, light conversation, foot steps, and the neighbors weren't even loud.

The facility was nice and the rooms were very clean. My only complaints would be that the mattress was not comfortable and the hot water took a long time to heat up and when it did it was lukewarm at best.

The property was dated but well maintained. There was ample space and every thing was very nice. It was far from shopping and food choices. More importantly, it was far from WDW!!! I would stay there again with family and friends. The staff was pleasant.

It was okay…I was trying to do some laundry and I noticed the hose that connects to the dryer and the wall was disconnected. We call the front desk and maintenance came and fixed the dryer very quickly.

Great place to stay
The staff was very friendly and informative at check in. We took advantage of the evening pool hours across the street at the sister property. The staff there were also welcoming and pleasant to talk to. We also enjoyed food from the deli at the pool. The location worked perfectly for us since we did a couple of days at Disney and then a couple of days at Universal.

The property was great. The grounds were kept nice. Plenty to do like shuffleboard, mini golf, volcano pool and turtle pool, tennis/pickleball, basketball and lots of fun activities to keep the family entertained. There are also barbecue grills and you can get grill tool from the front desk. You can also borrow board games and books. They have an onsite cafe which was great. The food is not too bad and price’s reasonable. Unfortunately, it was very loud throughout the nights we stayed there and we were woken up at 6:40am to staff getting the recycle and trash bins. The front staff are friendly and accommodating but the other staff were not so friendly. Been here many times but might find another place. It is very convenient if going to Disney and they do offer a scheduled shuttle to the parks. Publix is 5 minutes away which was nice. Rooms are decent and seemed to be clean. They have pool towels for use which was nice. They also have shampoo, conditioner and body wash and plenty of it. Parking is good but can get crowded. Felt safe but always good to use precaution.Overall very nice just loud and didn’t sleep well.
