I saw a dead cockroach on the floor in one vending machine area and I told the front lady counter at 7:30 am going for breakfast but when I came back after breakfast the cockroach still there.

my bf and I stayed here for 1 night after our cruise, and I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very spacious and clean. we enjoyed the free breakfast and airport shuttle. our only issue was that the driver was a bit rude, which we didn’t appreciate , but other than that, our stay was great!
