The front desk service was very professional and friendly. Unforunately even though we paid $20.00 pernight for room service our beds were never made and the garbage was not taken out, but the dirty towels were removed and not replaced. The stay was ok but the room service was unacceptable.

Nunca nos hicieron limpieza salvo el último día. El agua de la ducha siempre salía fría. Y de la pileta del baño al abrir el grifo salía mucho olor a podrido, como que las cañerías estaban muy sucias. Y el desayuno bastante flojo.

The room wasn't clean, the floors in the bathroom and room was filthy. The carpet in the elevators were disgusting. Also, the back doors that are supposed to be locked from 11p to 7a was not locked. In fact the door didn't even close all the way. I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours at the last minute. Alot of hotels were sold out or outrageously priced due to classic weekend. Anyhow I slept and woke up at day break and checked out....immediately! But the staff was pleasant.

Staff was great very plesant and seemed happy. Toilet seat way too low. Had to do full squat to sit down felt like you were falling.One desk attendant mention some remodeling was going to happen so i really hope it does .Room needed attention. Mildew or mold whatever it was on back of curtains and arond lamp shades. Room seemed very muggy at times maybe a moiture issemue.

The receptionist who checked me in was rude and unprofessional. I am in a wheelchair and she greeted everyone who was in front of me hello but when it was my turn after waiting in line over 30 minutes when I asked a question instead of answering in a complete sentence she shook her head as if to imply I was deaf. The tv had only had two channels when I called front desk the operator stated I will send maintenance and hung up in my face before I could say anything else. The front desk aced as if comfort inn dislike handicapped. The elevator in the far left wasn’t working and she said nothing my family and I lost time thinking it did. The ice machine on the 4th floor didn’t work at all. Your rooms are not equipped for a wheelchair. In addition to calling corporate I intend to notify the department of disability how this hotel discriminate against the disable. I was treated horribly as I watched others be treated with kindness. I don’t plan on ever staying at this hotel.
