No, my purses was stole, and it only because i call the police that evening to report my purses stolen. That said night someone knocked on my door by the time i got to the door my purse was on the floor in the hallway. The manager daughter sitting on top of the front desk, nasty place.

I read reviews and there were so many good ones so I booked. My daughter later messaged me that she scrolled a lot further and found a ton of bad reviews. I could handle a dated hotel but not the filth and chaos. Upon checking in the front desk staff seemed annoyed. She then proceeded to tell me that they had been swamped and she every time she tried to order dinner a flood of people would come to check in which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. Like I was inconveniencing her by trying to check in. She then starts to check me in and very loudly says card declined. I thought that she was talking about the person that had checked in before me because I had pre paid through Expedia. She then told me that she was having issues with the card Expedia sends them (embarrassing me again). After a very long check in process we got to out room, the door had a gap when closed, there was hair and toothpaste in the bathroom (which was clearly not cleaned) and the room was supposed to sleep 6. The bunk beds had a weight limit of 125 pounds. None of us would shower and couldn't wait to leave. Breakfast was chaos, too many people, not enough places to sit, and we all felt like we were going to end up sick from the food (we did not thankfully). It was mass chaos and we were so glad to leave. We will not be back.

arrived a little nervous, seeing previous reviews. BUT - staff was very nice, check in was so quick. Elevators. Little old and outdated, one smelled a little funny. 5th floor stay; room was pretty clean. TVs a little outdated, especially if you plan on hanging out in the room. We really just showered and slept there. Parking was nice, I was able to see our car from our room window. Breakfast could use some more variety. Like some fresh fruit would have been nice, or berries or something for the yogurt. The waffles were however delicious. Impressed by the vending machine on floor 5. It was nice to have a variety of snack options for purchase. The little gift shops was perfect in the hotel. Got the cutest little hat, and it was affordable.

The property looked deserted when I reach. It was really not what I expected. The chairs in the room had rust on it. I bearly got hot water. The bathrooms are very small. Over all in some places look like the hotel was being renovated!!! The best thing on the property is the sushi restaurant it was very good and the staff was very friendly!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The pictures on the website and the actual hotel were two totally different places. They had signs everywhere saying excuse our mess because they were remodeling. The remodel was clearly due to a major flood/water leak somewhere. The place reeked of mildew. They had dehumidifiers going everywhere. In the room, outlets didn’t work, lights didn’t work. The lamp plugs were superglued into the walls. The back of the toilet tank lid was too small and belonged on another toilet. We had to ask for new sheets because the bedding was not changed prior to our stay. They never gave us enough towels for the amount of people the room was booked for. The breakfast was very basic and not good at all. Definitely little to no effort put in there. The cleanliness of this place was horrendous. We couldn’t get out of there quick enough! I should’ve gone with my gut and checked out the second I checked in and gotten a better hotel! Comfort Inn do better!

My room was clean, front desk staff was friendly. The only drawback, which was a major one was that I was on the 4th floor where cleaning staff were loud and yelling throughout the day. I think the laundry room must be on that floor. I was awoken early the 3 days I stayed. Plus housekeeping knocked on my door every morning before 9am then entered. Which I did not like at all.

Comfort Inn is a place we truly recommend. Our first reservation was back in 2012, and after 13 years we decided to return. The hotel has managed to keep the same charm it had back then. Disney parks are relatively close, which makes it very convenient. They even offer a breakfast buffet; we didn’t try it because we wanted to get to the parks early, but it’s definitely a nice option. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would gladly book again.
