Perfect Getaway
The place was clean and very comfortable. Location was great to get to restaurants and to Orlando. Didnt get to try out any of the amenities outside the place. Unit was near front gate so it was nice to pop in and out. Definitely would recommend this place.

Great place
The home was beautiful and clean. The beds were super comfy. Loved the communication between the property manager. Would def recommend! Hate that our stay was cut short by hurricane Milton but the people we rented from were gracious enough to work with us on details.

Nice property conveniently located
The property was clean and in a very convenient location for us, with coffee and grocery stores just a 5-minute drive away. However, the only downside was the loud noise coming from the adjacent townhouse on the last night of our stay. It was so disruptive that we couldn't sleep in one of the bedrooms.

Disney Stay
Location is great if looking for a place close to Disney without the Disney rates. Close to tons of places to eat fast or sit down. Condo is great for adults bedroom/bath downstairs and 2 additional bedrooms and bath upstairs. The AC is great for the upstairs, but is not as even with downstairs. The old style pedestal fan in downstairs linen closet needs to be replaced as could not use it due to head assembly is loose and fan blades hit enclosure, should be replaced with more modern style fan. Everything else was perfect.

Clean and close to everything
I brought my college aged son for his spring break, just the two of us. The house was easy to find, even arriving at 1AM after a late flight. No issues with gate or lock code. Unit was super clean, comfy, and right in the middle of everything, yet far enough away to not feel crowded by lots of people. I would stay here again in the future.

Nice condo near Disney
We stayed at this property for 6 nights during a New Year’s vacation to Disney World. We normally stay in this area because of its close proximity to the parks and its easy access to grocery stores, Target, Walgreens, etc. The condo was on par with others we have stayed in. The three bedrooms had comfortable beds, the kitchen was stocked with pans and ample dishes, and check-in was a breeze. I did clean out the dishwasher filter upon arrival because the accumulation of pod casings was producing a rotten fish smell, but the rest of the place was clean and in good shape. Very glad to have the opportunity to stay and would recommend it to others planning future vacations.

Perfect location
This property is in the perfect location, close to shopping, food and not far from any of the parks. It’s also in a gated community so we felt very safe. The space was just right for 3 adults and it was nice to come back from a long day out and each of us had our own space. The only thing I would suggest is putting curtains in the bedrooms. This unit faces the main entrance and the street lights shine directly in the bedrooms. The blinds don’t do much to keep the light out. Luckily, I had brought a sleep mask. Other then that the beds rooms were nice. We were happy with our stay.

West Lucaya 2022
We booked our trip last fall after having visited this area in 2021. Communication with the VRBO rep was simply outstanding. She responded to every question/email immediately. Her customer service was excellent. The location of the property is fine. The grounds are maintained well and the work out room is good. We needed some service a couple of times (closet door was off in one room, dryer issues) but these were handled immediately. The booklet that is on one of the tables to give guidance for staying there doesn't seem to fit. The directions regarding trash pick up totally were wrong. The way we handled the trash (after the VRBO rep told us) did not match the booklet whatsoever. The remotes for the tvs were in need of batteries but the book's directions as to where batteries were was invalid as we never found any. Our biggest issue was with the pool. It was advertised as heated and clearly was not heated. We had a picture of the informatiion telling us it was heated after the web site changed to remove that it was heated. HOWEVER, the VRBO rep got us permission to use a pool at a site about 12 minutes away. That pool was huge, heated and that site provided amenities like a lazy river, water slides and a restaurant. We used this site nearly daily. Had we not been able to use this site, this review would be much lower. West Lucaya is a satisfactory facility.

Great weekend stay!
We stayed at this condo for a weekend trip to Disney! Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was a quick 20 minute trip to the Disney parks and was located about 2 mins from a Dunkin Donuts (important for us new englanders 😉). Would stay again!
