The hotel was literally empty i got a room way on the last building. The hotel was emptyyy i ask to get something closer thwy said they were full. When you walkt in the pool and only 6 people on the pool then you go to the lounge only me. The room floor was dirty. Not going back again

Very nice .. Very friendly. Only problem was half the ice machice didnt work. Ask for extra towels n soap because there was 6 of us n never received them. But overall loved the bar n music at pool side

The pool area, hot tub, on-site restaurant and fitness center were great and as advertised. The pool area had a DJ rocking the turntables Saturday with a pool side bar. Room accommodations were spacious and clean. Stayed in the tower and loved it. Right on international drive close to everything.

Great Area ! Great Service ! Clean, Rooms Were Equipped With What Was Needed For Bare Minimums! I would say the a/c unit was VERY loud. we tried to turn down fan,temp, etc but problem didn’t fix. we just turned the tv up :) other than that was a great trip! other guest weren’t a bother, very nice.

It was a good overnight stay. The tower room was big and bed very comfortable. We had a view of Cabana Bay/Volcano Bay. Great location to Universal. Highway a bit noisy.

The room had bed sheets that was urine stained. The room had rusted hinges on the door I guess thats due to the humidity problem they have which is why they want you to run the air conditioner at all times to help relieve the problem. Never ran into the issue at other hotel chains ive ever stayed at.

Awful.
Would not change my bed sheets even though I stayed for 5+ nights. Total was different than the total on my printed receipt by $50. Stayed three years ago and gave the hotel another go thinking things had changed. Just got worse. I had several clients who stayed in the same hotel who have also said they will never stay again. We will return to Orlando and choose any other hotel next time.

Very Unimpressive
First room was horrible. Door was not level and we actually had trouble getting in and out. Second room was fine Check in process was terrible. Difficulty finding reservation and deposit was not found. We actually weren’t the only ones with that problem.. also hotel looks COMPLETELY different than it does online
