Awful experience
The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue.
I had a confirmed reservation and vrbo charged my credit card, but when there was an issue, neither the host, VRBO or the Melia Orlando would help.
Dishonest con artists abound.
The Melia Orlando took my card for incidentals while they checked on the VRBO reservation, then charged me without consent or permission.
I can't stress enough the deceit and lack of professionalism and basic morality of all involved. We contacted VRBO on a chat, on the phone and contacted the host by email and phone. No one helped.
