We had a two bedroom two bath room for two nights. The accommodations were nice room look like it was recently renovated.The VRBO said someone would contact us a day before with instructions on how to get into the room however no one ever contacted us.When we contacted them, they said the process changed and we should just check in at the front desk. The check-in process itself was fine.The night before we left, I got a text message saying that our checkout wasn’t our earlier than it stated on our VRBO posting. I replied to the text message and let them know that the VRBO said it was an hour later and they said they couldn’t comply. After a little arguing, they asked that I sent a screenshot of the VRBO posting and they did accept that as evidence in honored the one hour later check out time.

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for the two of us. We also enjoyed the beautiful view and how safe and well-kept the property felt.On our last night, we treated ourselves to dinner at the Hard Rock Café, which was such a fun and memorable way to end the trip. The lively atmosphere, great food, and music made it a perfect finale. Overall, our stay was everything we hoped for and more, we’d definitely stay here again.”

Check in Issues/ Lack of help to resolve problems from host and staff

I booked through VRBO for 5 nights, but upon check in Westgate said we only had 4 nights. We were put through the wringer to adjust the issue and the owner of the place Jake got very irate and angry at us for reaching out to him for help. He called us idiots for not reading check in details and also accused us of not being able to understand English because of our ethnicity (I was born in the US and English is my first language).The place is decent and conveniently located. Staff were very fast if we needed anything other than that. But wish we hadn’t stayed there. Should have stayed at a Disney or Universal resort. Ended up being same price anyway.

Modern suite next to Universal

The location was amazing. We could see the new Epic Universe from the room, and we were 10 minutes from the Universal parks and outlets. Suite was clean and very modern.
