We dined in the restaurant for dinner on Saturday 6th September for our wedding anniversary, i had a glass of wine & was charged for a bottle, I also asked was it possible to get an affogatto after dinner & I was told no that couldn't be done The meal was nice but service very average We think a handrail is needed to get in & out of the spa & pool as it is unsafe the way it is

It was a little disappointing the room. We are a couple and the utensils were missing in the draw. The mug was chipped and only had one knife. The configuration of the room was weird and parsley decorated . View was wonderful and staff were wonderful.
