Beautifully renovated, mid century modern beach house steps from the ocean with best ocean and Neakhanie mountain views in Manzanita.

Designed to bring a family together as well as provide private spaces. Main floor: great room with cathedral ceilings, wood burning fireplace with open, new kitchen and half bath; master suite with king bed and heated floors in the master bath. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, bedroom with 2 full size beds & 1 single bed (bunk bed with single trundle bed that pulls out) and hall bath with floor heat; bedrooms all with beach & ocean views. Outdoor hot & cold hose bib which can be used as a shower, fire pit, lawn, patios and deck.

Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Great stay!
We were pleasantly surprised. Most beach houses are older and seem a little “worn.” This property has a wonderful view, great beach access, and nice modern upgrades. Very clean upon arrival. Comfortable, stylish furniture. We’ll be back.

Absolute magic.
The only real problem was my inability to change the number of guests. My mistake, I put 1, and it should have been 3. On Vrbo site, I was unable to change this. So we had too few towels. We had such a wonderful time, this was no problem. A sense of peace and harmony prevailed. You are so close to the beach, you feel a running jump would get you there. Thank you for being reborn.

Great Stay.
The view is fantastic! The home was clean and well cared for. The kitchen had all we needed: plates, glasses and pots and pans. Since we don’t all live in the same state it is really nice to find an inbetween house large enough for our whole family.

Beach walking/puzzling week
This was our second time staying at Sea and Sand. We had a mixed bag of weather, with sunny days and stormy days. The house was just so cozy during the storms, and we got a lot of "puzzling" in. Love the expansive views of both the ocean and beach and the mountain. Lots of spots outside to sit and enjoy the ambiance. The beds were comfortable, and very large couch that we all fitted on. Used the barbecue and ping-pong table. Great access to the beach, and manageable for my 80+ year old folks! Will be back again for sure, not soon enough!

Amazing View, Wonderful Space
We stayed 3 nights with 5 adults (young parents and grandparents), 4 children ages 4-8, and one dog. The house is so comfortable and set up well for large group cooking and gathering. The beach is just across the street, and although it was a rainy few days, we enjoyed playing games, doing puzzles and watching the beach activities with the binoculars. When we were on the beach, it was just a quick dash back to the house when the rain got to be too much! The garage space is a great transition spot for wet and sandy gear and dogs. We loved this house, and will definitely be keeping it on our list of places to stay again.

Three women and two dogs had a wonderful relaxing time at the beach! The house was beautiful and the warm water on the outside hose to wash off the dogs after a romp on the beach was brilliant! What can you say, the view, the house, the town, it doesn't get any better. Thank you!

The views are even better than listed- of the ocean and the mountain. We lucked out with the weather and had sunshine in March. So wonderful! Such a comfortable home with excellent lighting and lots of seating options. The beach access is directly across the street and the town is a short walk away. I would love to come back!
