Buffet now nonexistent
We have stayed here many times in the past 2 years, this being a halfway stop for our trip and pet friendly and was always satisfied. However, for some reason ( new management?)- not so much: Reasons- cost much higher No soap in the bathroom, Shower is leaking water Hair dryer no longer here But the biggie was the change in the morning buffet breakfast. It used to have a waffle maker and a hot buffet with scrambled eggs and sausage. The waffle maker is still there but not plugged in and no batter- no buffet- no hot food. There is still cereal but No milk ( I even asked)….. It was a sad excuse for a breakfast and a poor way to cut costs- very disappointing.

NIGHTMARE!
Elevator broke down people were stuck in it they put us in a room on the 4th floor, which we had to carry a bunch of things up and down the stairs. We got to our room it looked very nice, but there was a loud humming coming from the ac, the room was hot so we turned down the ac. Moments later the room was flooding so, I had to go back downstairs and they put us in another room. Had to transfer all our things again to a downgraded room because they had full vacancy. The pull out couch had no linen and so I call down stairs to the front desk asking me to hold while I hear a bunch of other irate customers having the same issue, the front desk was new, I felt bad for her but I was on hold for 20min. So I go back downstairs to get linen for the pull out bed for my daughter since they downgraded us to a 2 queen suite to a 1 king bed suite. They didn’t have any… I was told if checked out tonight then there will be no charge. So that is exactly what we did but no refund?? Will be disputing this with my bank. Horrible service. The fire department had to come out twice that day, they should have deemed it unsafe.
