FROM THE MOMENT I WALK THROUGH TH E FRONT DOOR AT 10.OOAM ON FRIDAY I WAS GREETED BY A TALL YOUNG MAN WHO WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFULL FROM THAT MOMENT ON..HELD MY SUITCASE UNTILL 2.00PM CHECKIN TIME..THEN TOOK UPSTAIRS TO MY ROOM..FABULOUS ROOM AT REFURBISHED AREA..SO SOUND PROOF ESPECIALLY ON FRI,SAT NIGHTS WHEN COURTYARD PACKED WITH PATRONS WATCHING FOOTBALL...FROM GROUNDS ATTENDANTS TO ADMIN.LADY AND THE WHOLE TEAM INBETWEEN I COULD NOT SPEAK MORE HIGHLY OF THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND AT SAME TIME ALL SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL..ADMIN LADY SO HELPFULL REGARDING AFTER HOURS ENTRANCE SEEING THAT I LOOKED PANICKY ABOUT PROCEEDURE..I AM ONLY SORRY I CAN'T NAME EACH AND EVERYONE (CHEMO BRAIN FOG)THE WHOLE 6 DAYS STAY WAS FANTASTIC...OWNER AND MANAGEMENT PLEASE VALUE YOUR WONDERFUL TEAM..HAVE STAYED IN MANY HOTELS OVER MY 74 YEARS AND PARKVIEW TRULY HAS AN OUTSTANDING TEAM WHO VERY OBVIOUSLY WORK AS A HAPPY TEAM...ON TRIP FOR FAMILY REUNION WHICH WAS REMARKABLE AND PARKVIEW WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE..

Some rooms are above a drinking area, with loud music and many patrons yelling until midnight. Overall, nice hotel for the price but really not suitable if you get those rooms and need to sleep early. Bathrooms are nice and the location is great.

We always like our stay there, close to the CBD and everything, only but is that you do have to be able to walk up the stairs. The rooms are very nice, and the bar,dinning room and beer garden are attractive

The check in process was friendly and easy with great instructions on car parking and room facilities. Great that there was free bottled water, juice and muesli. Comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. Very good value for money.
