The suite is big, with a bed room, and living room, with good space, and restroom, the breakfast was very good, many options and you can order your own omelette and the front office employees were so helpful nice, and friendly, which you can not see every where, we loved it, and we will come back again in the future!

Found a bed bug when waking up in morning took a picture for staff but they tried saying it's not the bed bug we are in the news. Long story short just admit what it was and fumigate. they tried lying about it saying it wasn't still gave me another room so not to big of deal but wow

Everything was wonderful, including the breakfast. The only complaint that we have is that there was a tree trimming gardener outside of our window before 7 AM, which woke us up after a long day at Disneyland we were hoping to sleep in more other than that. It was a great day.

Good hotel for Disneyland
Great hotel overall, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the omelette chefs were wonderful. Front desk staff was very friendly and valets helpful. Room was clean and well appointed for a hotel at this level. Worst part is the obnoxious timeshare peddler harassing guests in the lobby.

Need more elevators because we have to wait 30 minutes for the elevator. They only have 2 and people keep going up and down. We gave up waiting & used the emergency exit. But everything went great in 3 days we stayed, very quiet & the staff very careful.
