Out of our four nights, we spent our time in a room with a cold shower which we told was fixed, as well as a leak in the bathroom which we also told was fixed. The hot tub was out of service our last two nights which was also a disappointment. However we were comped with a different hotel room and breakfast vouchers for our last night which was nice, but would’ve preferred things going right from the start. Great, comfy and accessible (to and from disney) otherwise, and had a good time.

I had a wonderful stay! It was really good in price, especially for the location it was in. It was very close to the Disney parks and is right across the street from an outlet! The property itself was really nice as well.

Well the pool area was pathetic. The spa didnt work with a stay put sign and the pool was the size of a mini blow up pool. My kids were blue too because it was ice cold!! Ice cold in August! Wth?? You'll need to up grade that pool area and i would stay there more often for sure. Male it at least 2 to 3 times larger by taking the huge laundry room out of that area and the broken spa. There's space trust me.

My husband had surgery at UCI and I stayed 4 nights there. This hotel is within walking distance to the hospital as well as there were lots of options to walk to eat.. The hotel has a nice lobby and my room was really nice and spacious with a good view. The pool and spa were nice too. I feel like it was a good deal for the price that I paid.

Great place . All the staff were very helpful with anything you needed. Pool and hot tub were very well maintained and outdoor seating area was amazing. Have family in the area and we will stay here every visit going forward. Well that’s what my wife tells me !
