I love this hotel. It is close to Disneyland main entrance. They have Charge point electric chargers and as a guest you can park and charge your car overnight. The pizza place is great for a late snack post parks. Highly recommend

The place was kid-friendly. The pool is large and clean. Room had king-sized beds and a convenient walk to Disneyland/CA Adventure. Would stay here again.

GREAT Stay!!
LOVE this hotel. Location is across the street and one block away from the main entrance to Disney Resort. No need to move your car. Walk to the park and many nearby restaurants . Private enclosed patio with the room. Clean, and friendly place.

Overall is was good. We've stayed many times and have not had issues before. However there were a a few negatives this time, AC didn't work very well, the refrigerator didn't work while we were there, not enough toilet paper, when requesting an order for room service they stated you'd have to come down and pick it up. The Topgolf experience was fun but the screen was broken and we rented for an hour and they did not have any service for the first 30 minutes. Had to look for someone to order drinks. As well as finding them to get our drinks and return our card after the hour was up. At my own fault I left a whole drawer of my daughter's clothes by accident and when contacting the hotel they stated that they never found anything. Easily $100 worth of clothes just missing which is extremely upsetting.

Disneyland stay
We stayed here for a trip to Disneyland. The location to the parks is very convenient. The grounds and lobby are nice and welcoming. The front desk staff and bell service staff were great. The rooms are comfortable but need updating and repairs. The carpets and curtains were dirty and the bathroom counter was stained. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and the shampoo dispenser was either empty or broken. The beds were clean and comfortable.

My stay was okay, pool is huge and fun for the kids. Bar was nice to have. Downfall fall they literally didn’t have room ready till 4pm on the dot. After checking in online (which is extremely useless as they still ask for your ID and stuff) arrived at 1pm I was told to check in 30 min later as it should be ready but no. I do understand check in isn’t till 4pm but still?? The AC is super loud, kept me awake till 2am till I decided to shut it off. It’s summer I wanted AC on. Bathroom very outdated, hair in tub/shower. Toilet was dirty on bottom of it. I’ve stayed at many hotels around DL. This one is not my top choice.

Very close to dosney, stagf was great so was rhe food just we had a bottom room and it kinda smelled little musty but other than that, great big pool, giant chess and games. Highky recomend with family, they take care pf you
