The individual who checked us in was nice & the breakfast was decent, but those are the only positives. The biggest negative is the room seemed clean but we woke up to find bedbugs! When we checked out I told the front desk, who to be quite frank, were not overly concerned. They did apologize but with no actual sincerity & said they would let their manager know. That was all that occurred. I did not hear back from the hotel, I had to call them next day. When I did call I was told by a very unprofessional front desk person, even after I said the issue was bedbugs, that the manager was very busy & would call me back. The customer service overall was deplorable & I am incredibly disappointed as bedbugs are a health issue & they did not seem to be concerned, which makes me believe bedbugs is a normal occurrence at this hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

Absolutely phenomenal. Stayed for one night and ended up extending another night. Incredibly clean and well updated, especially the bathroom (gorgeous shower). Very spacious and comfortable. Lots of parking around the building and a parking garage. Would recommend if you're in need of a hotel in the area!! Less than 15 min drive to Irvine Spectrum too. The TV (cable) wasn't working but it wasn't an issue as youtube and other apps worked fine. Got both nights around $140 a night, while there's another 2 hotels that were nearby that were $190 and $200 a night. Easy access to the parking garage from inside the hotels too.

TV out of service / Shower and Mattress subpar.
Check-in was smooth. We arrived into our room and I struggled to get the TV on for 30 minutes immediately after check in. I called down to the front desk and the representative told me that all the TVs are broken due to HDMI cables being compromised in all rooms and they wouldn’t be fixed until two days after our stay. It would have been nice to have been notified this upon check-in. The water in the shower was cold the entire time -we could not get it to get warm. The beds mattresses were extremely hard. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in my time, and this was by far my least favorite overall experience.

Superior Customer Service, clean, convenient, safe and professional. This is one of the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. Everything was right on target. The food was delicious and plentiful during breakfast, the restaurant too. The employees especially Kate is the true definition of Excellence customer service. The room was clean. Parking was convenient and plentiful. And everything was great.

Ok for a one night stay and what we needed but for more than that I wouldn’t. Walls are paper thin, ask to not be near lobby. Even in second floor we could hear everything.

The room was clean, modern and spacious. Staff were friendly. They let us have breakfast before 7, since we had a flight to catch. The mattress was soft, not really comfortable for me. I travelled with my kid. I booked a room with a bed and sofa bed. My kid was spouse to sleep on the sofa bed. When we open the sofa bed, there was no sheets, blanket or pillows. I asked the front desk and I was told they do not have extra blanket. So we ended up sleeping on the same bed while I paid for a bed and a sofa bed. I would still recommend this place since it was clean and in a good neighbourhoods.
