Front desk approved my money to book in .but because of late checkout from lastime I booked in we get there and she said we cannot book there that she cancel our stay for late checkout and we ask her to please give us a chance warning but said No! That was all of our money left we had to get a room for my kids and wife we had no choice but to sleep outside the motel 6 property when she could have given us a fair warning ,no refund of motel 6 policy said in rude disrespectful inhuman manner I felt so discriminated and embarrassed in front of others ...

Horrible Service
Honestly, it was a good place to stay at close to all of the theme parks but this time around was NOT what I was expecting. Front desk was not friendly or accommodating at all. Any request I had was extra, things that were done for in the past and they treated their guest like family. Now you have homeless living in the hotel rooms; property more worried about you smoking than the dogs popping all over the place with their owners ignoring to pick it up! Several large dogs on property but you shall not dare have someone come visit your room without being added as guest or you will be removed without refund!! Will be taking my business elsewhere….

It was most definitely one of the better motel 6 I've stayed at my biggest complaints are the bed mattress was super work out and thin that you could feel the springs and the shower head being so low I had to pretty much squat down to get my hair washed

I stayed 10 days and no one cleaned my room. Thankfully I’m not a messy person. Otherwise it was an ok experience. Plumbing worked, a/c did its job, it was fairly quiet most of the time.

Room was absolutely filthy and worn out. It looked like it had not been actually cleaned in a long time. It was gross. It was so bad. We didn’t even bother to stay the second night.

My rental had a hit and run on my bumper when we woke up, there are roaches, bathrooms are old with broken fixtures, roaches and when we requested to move because TV did not work, the staff was rude. Buena Park Police said the cameras of the facility broken.
