I have stayed at this hotel several times. Unfortunately, the cleanliness has diminished. I’m not sure if I will ever stay here again.

Half mile walk to Disney was nice. But we could hear the people in the room next to us the whole time. There’s also a parking garage next to the hotel that echoed screeching tire sounds. The room was simple and older but clean enough. I probably won’t stay here again with all the other choices in the area though.

Clean rooms, clean property and friendly staff. The only thing that could be improved is the air conditioning. The room didn’t get as cold as it could because the unit has a feature that makes it shut off continuously. Would definitely stay here again.

I was here just for an overnight stay so we can go to Disneyland friendly knowledgeable staff overall it was a wonderful stay. Just wish they had a king size bed.

This place is the number one hotel that I choose to stay at whenever I go on my Disney mini vacations. I love how close it is to the park and how convenient it is to get to the shops near the hotel. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. They will go out of the way to accommodate your needs and make sure that you have a good experience.

My family of 5 had a great experience here at kings inn! I love that the room is floor and not carpet like most hotels Very close to Disneyland walkable distance! Parking on site and free! Will definitely recommend and will be our hotel of choice from now on on our Disney vacations!

Cons: Very small in size, no bath tub, the shower water would soak all of the floor even with the curtain closed, paper thin walls, the noise and echo of the cars moving from the car park building would not let me sleep. Pros: Cheaper than surrounding hotels, 20 minutes walking distance from Disney, close by the highway.
