3 night stay and room was not cleaned or stocked. Was told when we asked that someone would come the next morning and it didn’t happen. Also was testing fire alarms for the 3 days we were there and we were not notified before our stay. Other patrons left to stay at different hotels.

I stayed for 2 nights, very reasonable price stay. Everything else was great. Only problem was Carpet was not clean, I had hard time with my baby as he want to be on the floor, the carpet needs to be changed as that dirty. Also there was a odour in the room when I entered and may be opening the window or giving it refresh spray would have helped before guest arrives

Checked in late evening around 11pm after arriving in town. We were informed that hot water was not running, had to wait an hour before it was fixed. However, hotel super close to Disneyland which made it very convenient. Rooms could use an update though, as inside room felt very dark, and parking fee is hefty.

This property is close to disney. Not worth $700 for the building is old so as the furniture. Parking is way too expensive!!!!

I will never stay here again, service wasn't the best when asked for a full service they did half the job so I had to call for them to come finish, someone from the staff tried coming in when my daughter was sleeping, the card keys NEVER work. You have to pay for parking on top of everything else. I don't really say bad about hotels but this one needed to be put on the map for the negatives.

The staff was very friendly. Upon checking in they are strict about their 4 o'clock check in. When we got to the room we checked around and everything was clean. I went to wash my hands and the water went straight through to the floor. We called maintenance and they responded within minutes. They fixed the sink and put a fan on to dry the rug. I did call the front desk and they offered us a new room but I declined. The beds are very comfortable and you are within a couple of mi utes to Disneyland. The parking will run you 30 dollars a night which is ridiculous. Over all its a nice property but not worth the price.

Hotel was dated and renovation was cheaply done. Basically paint and flooring. Room was fairly clean but very poor layout for a family. Bathroom sink is in the room next to one bed. small in size and crowded.

Overall an average stay because of poor incidents and some good customer service. Check in was straightforward and helpful and kind. In the night, my daughter threw up and when I asked the night auditor Brittany she answered after 90 seconds of ringing and snapped “front desk” I explained the situation and her response was “you can pick up what I have down here” I explained I couldn’t leave my young daughter alone sleeping. Which she sharply said “ well I can’t leave the front desk alone”. Horrible night auditor as a fellow night auditor. I explained my situation to the front desk and she apologized and was very genuine.

This property was super convenient to be able to walk to Disney. It also is on a nice, quiet street. Room was clean and nice. Parking is very expensive which was an unexpected cost especially since the parking is not gated or covered.

I wish there was a direct way to get to Downtown Disney. I felt uneasy with the street that went that way. The lighting was so dim.

Mediocre at best
The room was average. Carpet lifting in the hallways and had a weird smell, possibly from the pool. The “waterpark” was so over hyped. It was NOT a waterpark at all, in fact - the kids preferred the pool over it. The “waterpark” had to be turned on by the guests and shut off after the kids started running around it. Pointless to add it as an amenity but I guess that’s how guests are tricked to booking here. The good part is that the hotel is literally a block from the Disneyland hotel and downtown Disney. The bad part is that you still have to walk another 30 minutes through Downtown Disney before you reach security for the park. We took several breaks with 3 kids under 7.
