When we arrived the WiFi did not work and was not fixed until late that night (about 11pm). We had no paper towels in the kitchen, the soaps in the shower were all empty, the lamp in the living room did not work and when I called the front desk I was told there was no one there but him so he wouldn’t be able to bring that stuff to my room for awhile. It’s not his fault he was alone but I don’t feel that was good customer service on the hotels part. There should never be just one person running a hotel that is full. The pool supposedly closed at 10pm and there were kids swimming and all the lights in the pool and the area were shut off at 9:45. That’s not 10pm so not sure why they turned all the lights off at 9:45 especially when there were kids in the pool. We were never offered any kind of compensation and when we asked about late check out we were told the most they could do was an extra 30mins as that’s all they ever offer for late checkout. Idk overall wasn’t a great experience this time.

Most everything was very nice. Breakfast in the morning was better than most places we have stayed. Tha evening social hour was pleasant. Our only negative comment is about the in room coffee. Not sure if it was the coffee or the water to make it,but it was the worst we have ever had.

The suite is spacious and well-appointed. A full breakfast is included, featuring a variety of options such as ham and eggs, pancakes, waffles, breads, cereals, and fruits. The room includes a kitchenette and a clean bathroom with a tub. While the furniture shows some signs of wear and tear, the overall cleanliness is commendable. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Additionally, there is a Whole Foods conveniently located almost across the street.
