The location is fantastic and staff were pleasant. However, the rooms are very noisy: the ac units extremely loud, sound between rooms, and the elevator could be heard very clearly in the room.

Property and room were clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly and helpful. Noise level was fair especially considering itslocation close to 5 freeway. we also didn't hear any of our neighbors during our while stay.

Access to main entrance to Disneyland was great! The staff was always pleasant they greeted us with smiles every time we came in. The ice water was always filled in the lobby which was amazing as it was over 100 degrees every day we were there! The room was clean and beds were comfortable The only downside was the air conditioner was either on full blast and really cold or off altogether and the room heated up really fast. As I mentioned earlier it was over 100degrees and that probably contributed to the air conditioner not keeping the temperature regulated very well
