Enjoy 8 miles of water front views from the spacious balcony of this 11th floor unit. Recently updated, you'll find all new flooring and furnishings, fresh paint, updated decor, and new counters in the kitchen and wet bar.

This three bedroom unit features 2 king-size beds while the 3rd room has a lofted queen and pull-out sleeper sofa, making it a great space to enjoy video games or just hanging out by day, and converts to sleep 4 at night. All three bedrooms are equipped with Roku TVs with DishTV. The remote worker will never lose sight of the beach while getting work done at either of the two desks.

The master bathroom boasts a large whirlpool tub, separate shower, dual sinks, and a large closet. The second bathroom contains a large walk-in shower with handrails.

Enjoy the amazing views from inside the comfy living and dining areas, then close the curtains, turn on the mood lighting, and bring down the 120" theater screen to watch BluRay/DVD movies or your favorite tv shows on DishTV and FireTV. Or have a family game night enjoying a great selection of tabletop or card games that are mostly beach or ocean-themed, like Caribbean (2004) or Port Royal (2014). We also have several great puzzles to build too.

Cooking is a joy in the spacious fully-stocked kitchen featuring new quartz countertops and double oven with cooktop. Clean-up is a breeze in the new extra-large sink and double-drawer dishwasher. The kitchen should include pots (small and large), pans, baking sheets, muffin tin, KitchenAid mixer, blender, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker, electric skillet, waffle maker, and all the usual kitchen hand tools.

Enjoy a large selection of beach and pool toys, including beach chairs, mat, and umbrella in the toy closet.

The SeaChase Resort amenities include five swimming pools (both indoor and outdoor), a kiddie pool, four whirlpool spas (both indoor and outdoor), splash pad, communal grilling area, fitness room, tennis/pickle ball court, and gated beach access. Property and parking lot are patrolled by 24 hour security.

Bedding and towels provided, washed at high temperatures. You’ll also have a startup supply of bath soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Please bring your own beach towels.

Enjoyable Fall Stay
We were a group of 5 women and stayed for three nights. The condo was very large and comfortable, well decorated, and the outdoor amenities were great. The unit is well furnished and stocked and fit all of our needs. We loved that the kitchen cabinets were labeled as we made lunches and dinners in each day. Communication was very easy, and Jennifer responded to our one question quickly. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

October trip to the beach!
This property was BREATHTAKING! My family and I enjoyed the relaxation, with the panoramic views of the gulf! Everything was absolutely nice— however the beds are a bit hard and uncomfortable! It didn’t matter much because we’re at the beach! The view makes up for everything and the check in process was easy, as well as the checkout process! We’re already considering coming back in the near future! Thank you for letting us stay!

Great location with unique features
Many have described the area, the heart of Orange Beach, not much to add. The unit had a typical layout with some notable features which made it special. The projector and screen in the living room was nice for nighttime viewings without having a large tv blocking the daytime views. My 8yo daughter loved the kid's room and enjoyed having "her" space with a couch and tv of her own. The showers were fantastic, though after two quick uses, the hot water needed to replenish. And the balcony was fantastic offering panoramic views of the beach and the many pools and features of the condo. My only complaint has to do with the ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom. The single switch controls the power to both the light and fan. You have to use the pull chains to select which you want on. The chains are very short, the ceiling is +/-9' or so, and the fan is over the king bed. I had to use a step ladder to reach them. I settled on having the fan on and the light off, as pulling out the step ladder each time i wanted to change one was both an inconvenience and unsafe. At a minimum the chains should be extended; a separate switch for the fan and light would be better.

The corner unit was absolutely wonderful! The views were amazing and we watched the sunrise every morning. The entire unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for just about any meal you'd want to make. The complex itself was great! Pools and grounds were clean and well kept and it wasn't busy at all like a Phoenix property. The charging stations in each room were a nice touch. The only very small suggestion would be to get counter height chairs for the countertop bar. The only chairs were normal height and too short to be used. Other reviews has mentioned have only 1 fob for amenities and getting to the beach but there are now 2 and it was never an issue. We've stayed at several condos in OB and this was first one we said we could come back to. We will definitely be back!

Host was fantastic ! we arrived early and we were able to be let in the room and nothing excited my granddaughter more so she could get to the beach. Love the place and the sea chase loved it so much. I’d like to book it again for next year around the same time.

This condo was perfect for our first time stay in Orange Beach! We had 3 adults, 2 children and it was the perfect size for us. The views are amazing. You can watch the sunrise from the couch. Everything was as listed and we had no issues while there. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. The condo is also very close to everything. We didn’t have to drive far to eat and Walmart is right across the road. We would love to come back!

Five Stars - Plus one! Great Beach Condo!
Our Family of 6 spent a great week at this condo mid July. I have been to several places on the gulf over the years and this one was one of the best I have been to. The view walking in was awesome, better than the pictures show. It was very clean and check in was clear and easy! Kitchen is very well stocked (even found a shell cracker for our leftover crab leggs we brought home after dinner at "The Gulf" - nice place to have dinner next to the water - also recommend the Hurricane Grill for good food). If you are a person that expects everything to be perfect you will find things to complain about like only one fob to get to the beach or cheap thin bath towels. Both are accurately described in the listing and other comments, so if that bothers you, it is your fault. They make up for it with awesome one of a kind features like the movie theater projector and the "toy closet" with beach chairs, balls and toys to play in the sand and water all day. They even have a computer monitor for us remote workers to feel at home on our laptop! I could go on and on about how nice this place is (what a view!) but suffice to say that if you like what you read in the description, you will have a good time. We even had a small maintenence issue that was resolved right away. Great job, we may come back to this one again as I know it will be hard to find a better one. Thanks again for sharing your slice of heaven on the beach with us!

Great location and awesome views from the balcony and the room. Property was perfect for 5 adults and 2 children 5 & 8. Loved sitting out onto the balcony and seeing everything for miles. Fireworks on the 4th were fantastic. Only complaints would be to have some hangars in the large walk in closet or a dresser to put clothes in.

The property was in a good location and had a beautiful view. However the air conditioner quit working and it took several days to get addressed so we spent about 2.5 days with no A/C. The master bedroom ceiling fan also makes the most awful ringing noise at times which made it hard to sleep, and we had to have the fan bc no A/C. There also really needs to be another key card for beach and amenity access otherwise it’s a hassle for larger groups.

We had lots of fun on our getaway. The condo was awsome, as beautiful as pictured, very clean. We were a little disappointed that we never got to use the main pools due to work being done on them the entire time and it s a little inconvenient only having 1 Yamiry card with 4 adults . Would have been more convenient for everyone with at least 1 more. Really appreciate the way all the drawers and cabinets are labeled in the kitchen. Everything needed for the trip was furnished in that area. Was nice having the beach chairs.

Great beachfront location. Not too large of a building plus adjacent beachfront houses to west instead of condos kept beach from being too crowded. West building sits closer to the ocean than other buildings in complex, giving best balcony views both east and west.

It was very clean with the most amazing views stocked with everything we needed we all loved it so much there! We would definitely love to come back! The pools and beaches were never packed during spring break it was amazing! The only down side was you had to fob in from the beach to the pool and we only had one for seven of us.
